My (US) '04 X350 came fitted with a brand new set of Arnott conversion shocks. I read that they will settle a bit but now after a year, I'm still almost an inch over factory spec. I'd like to lower it really just for looks and plan on taking it to a spring shop to have it done right. Based upon this chart of listed factory curb weight (air system) ride heights at rest, should I just subtract -15mm to get to the air ride's 100+mph dynamic spec? So the 388/372mm spec would then call for 373/357mm for my fixed height Arnott springs?

hi there
take a good look at that spec you just posted that seems to be for the x308 1998-2003
Believe i would leave with it the way it is, looks fine to me.
Unless they are adjustable, like some shocks are
Start fooling with them, in ANY other way, and hope of a warranty.
Along with their best comfort designed ride, is GONE.
Best to contact Arnott directly. I've had success doing so and they seem to be a stand up company. Interesting to hear their side of it. Heck, they may send replacements if you can prove the purchase.
