Lowering Spring Comparison

Lowering Spring Comparison
I about to refresh my suspension and am interested in lowering springs. I have searched the archives but cant find a lot of comments regarding ride quality. Each of the vendors list the amount of drop I can expect but I can't find anything on spring rate.
If you have one of the following springs in your XK, would you please comment on ride quality compared to stock?
Adamesh 1"
Mina Gallery 1.2"
H&R 1.5"
I would not mind firming up the ride a bit but I don't want my XK to ride like my track car.
Thanks in advance

My PO apparently had a sportier suspension added when he did the Brembo mod. The car is about 1" lower than stock. I was apprehensive about ride quality when considering the purchase, but I must say, it's not bad at all. Your tire choice makes a difference too. Lucking, I'm running 18" wheels. If you have the 20s, your ride's going to be harsher even without the lowered suspension. Put the two together, ....? You'll have to get a few more inputs than mine.
But it goes without saying, that the lower the car, the higher the spring rate will likely be.

I choose the Adamesh 1" springs. I'd also moved from 18" -> 19" rims. As you will see in the pic the new springs are much heftier than the orig so it firmed it up, I wanted this on purpose since I replaced the old adaptive shocks with normal ones so I wanted a stiffer spring rate. Ride quality is fine, again pressure in tires makes a huge difference. Note, Ride height 14.75 vs stock 15.5 or so, my suspension is all new within last 2 years.

I used the H&R kit on mine about 10 years ago. I also installed urethane bushings and put new ball joints, tie rod ends and whatever I could get to at the same time. It been a long time since I rode in one of these with the stock suspension, but I don't think it rides particularly harsh. It is still a very nice car to drive and it looks fantastic.

I just got the Adamesh springs, not isntalled them yet because I'm replacing the shock mounts and the shock absorbers at the same time. Went with adaptive instead of the standard shocks, I know they are expensive but the car has very good body control with the adaptive shocks having almost no body roll in corners which is very nice. I have 20" wheels at the moment but I have going to 18" wheels just because the price of tyres is crazy for 20" wheels and frankly I think the ride and handling will improve with the 18" wheels. I find the back end skips sometimes when going over bumps while accelerating and a lighter wheel will always help.
