While changing my rear shocks recently it seemed like a good time to fix my rear ride height issue. In this case the problem wasn't front-vs-rear but, rather, left-vs-right. The left side was just slightly lower than the right. Not by much, maybe 10mm or so. But it's one of those things that once seen cannot be unseen. It was a bit of an itch.
While the springs were off the car I stood them up alongside each other; one of the left springs was about 3-4 mm shorter than the other. I guess it has gone a bit saggy over the years?
Anyhow, on reassembly of the springs and shocks I installed a single spacer under the one short spring, hoping for the best but not fully anticipating a fix. Each spacer is 3mm, by the way.
