Could not find this listed so decided to post. This morning when I pulled in the parking lot and turned off the car I had a beeping sound. Car was in park and key in ignition and off. No doors were open. Didn't sound like anything I have heard before leaving the key in. I had not moved or made an attempt to get out of the car. Can't find anything on it telling me what it is supposed to mean. Probably something simple and I am making it complicated.

At what point did it stop? What area did the beeping come from?

 

Sorry I have not gotten back sooner. It started when I turned the key off and lasted shortly after I pulled the key out. It did this two or three times. It did not do it again and has not since my original post. Haven't a clue what caused it. Could not find anything in the owners manual.

I've had this problem too. It seems to happen if I have something plugged into the 12V power outlets.

Didn't have anything in the 12V power outlets but something to keep in mind. Thanks for that info Mike. I'm not sure if I may have had something else on or not...but the beeping didn't alert me as say a normal warning of something being left on. Oh well, I'll try to recreate it.....
