Yes another change I have been considering is having the ashtray cover & shifter surround coated in black lacquer to match the lacquer of the surrounds of the touch screen, A/C control, etc. I LOVE burl wood and feel the car could use more, but for some time I have been bothered with how the center console goes so abruptly from wood to black lacquer. Spares are easy enough to locate on ebay. The interior of the car is all black.

Your thoughts?
