Exclamation Blue Tooth Phone Connections

I connected my Blackberry Phone to my Jag no problem, except it copied all my telephone directory even overseas numbers.
I could not any way to delete, or change the directory listing, so I thought I would start again by unpairing my Phone.

That's when my problem began. The Jag thinks the phone is already 'Paired', so it won't Discover my phone, just wants the PIN to connect (the PIN doesn't work). My Phone wants to Pair, but the Jag does not corporate.

Does anyone know how I can successfully remove a 'Paired' phone from the Jag system, so I can start again? The Owners Manual is not helpful at all.

Thanks

Dave I really think you ought to post this in the forum that's specific to your model. It'll get a lot more exposure there.

Dave,

Greg is right. This is a model and not a Region issue.

I've moved your thread from Canada Region to X350 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

I don't know why it would refuse to pair simply because it already is, but one way would be to pair another phone. That should always override the current setting, Then pair yours again.

I found an answer. You can simply 'unpair' by keying ##3#*# and send.
This removed my phone from the system and I was then able to 'pair' the phone, problem solved.

The problem arose when the Jag system considered my phone paired, but my phone did not consider it was paired to the Jag, hence it continually wanted to pair.
