Default Bluetooth Upgrade Jaguar XJ8 2004

Hi everyone
I have a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 that comes without the Navigation screen ( I have ordered a Nav screen form ebay). my vehicle however does come with a CD Shuttle in the boot/trunk. My vehicle has the fixed telephone in the centre console, so I'm sure that this is wired already. What else do I need to purchase to enable the bluetooth function for a modern smart phone and also be able to stream music. I had a look at below the CD Shuttle in the boot and it has a metal module. I have read some thread s concerning this but I am still unclear. Does it require1. fibre optic cable( not sure what this is,2. newer blue tooth module, and a 3.Voice activated control Module? are all these separately purchased and how would I get these installed.
Thanks in advance.
Take care Guys and Girls

Thank you.
I was told that I was on the wrong forum therefore reposted. Unfortunately I'm not electrically minded, but will give your instructions to the autoelectrician. Just to confirm I just require to purchase this part Part # 7W93-10D893-AB now.
Thank you
Take care

I don't think your car is wired to accept the Navigation screen. I have the '04 XJR and it can without the Navigation screen. However, I upgraded, but it required a new wire harness in order to work. I got the harness from a Forum member, jostaff, over on the UK forum..

Thanks
Take care
