My trunk latch is working properly, opens with the key fob, interior release button, and exterior Jag button on the rear. It pulls the trunk closed properly and it isn't loose or wiggly. It seems like the switch is not making contact somewhere because I get the open warning and the lights in the trunk don't come on when it is opened. Is there a contact that needs to be cleaned or adjusted or am I just going to have to replace the whole assembly?
