I cannot find the answers to my particular questions when I did a search so I'm posting this with the feeling the answer is already out there, I just can't find it.
First, in my 04 XJ8, I have the slots in the trunk for extra systems like a CD changer.

Can I install a CD changer? Is there anything else I can install? Is the wiring present by design or will I need to complete that too? What's available and how can I do it?

Secondly, I found these on eBay for a pretty decent price and I want to know if the VDP door speakers will fit my current 04 XJ8? What do you think?

The slots are for cd changer and/or DVD navigation unit. You also need the correct fiber optic cables to install these and for navigation also the screen upfront.

No idea if these speakers fit.
