I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X350 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

Check the wiring setup. I know it sounds silly but that's the problem.

Check the voltages on the wires. In my car, the "always-hot" line was never hot, even though the fuse was good, and I never found the break in the circuit; I just jumpered it to the other Line that was hot with key on. That discovery was made when i was still t/s the air suspension, because the scanner said the module wasn't there. Well, it had no power!

After giving up on the air and installing the Arnotts, I had to leave that jumper in place to power the bypass module, even though the connector is unplugged from the air suspension module, the bypass expects to see the voltages on those lines.

So when I installed my bypass module( underneath the back seat)I had to unplug the wires and install the module. I had installed one of the wires to the wrong color which is easy to do and the error code showed. when I found the in a rush mistake corrected all better.
