Default Crashed cant open hood. HELP!!!

Hey guys my car was hit from the front and now I cant get the hood open.
When I pull the latch release there is no effect like if the wire snapped.

I tried pulling on the hood while another person pulls the release but still no good.

Ill post pics so you guys can see & understand how the crash would effect the hinge's or latches from allowing the hood/bonnet to open..

Sorry for your luck. Your facebook page is jammed too.

If the hood was hit fairly hard, the pins can jam in the latches and you won't get anywhere. Cutting through the hood with an air chisel or cutoff wheel will get you there,

PM me if you are still looking for parts.

I had this happen a while back when someone backed into me in a parking lot. When I tried to open the hood and the place where the cable goes into the plastic handle broke. I first had to sit on the hood a few times to get the hood as flat as possible to relieve some pressure on the hood pins then get a pair of pliers and grab the steel ball on the end of the cable by the handle and pull to release the hood.
Good Luck!
