Default D2b connector broken

While working in my trunk I noticed one of my FO (D2b) connectors was broken at the locking tab. Everything works fine and the pressure from the body anchor on the line itself holds the connector in. Is there a way to change just the connector and not have to replace the whole line? I'm not thrilled with the idea of the connector not held in tight.

Found a post on the forum on how to add a link and change the connector. But now the fun part, where do I get a new connector?

Get an optical cable from eBay and use one of the connectors to replace yours.

Connectors that go to devices are all male.
