Default Does anyone know how to remove WW arms?

I got the arms off but cant figure out how to remove the plastic skirting, it seems to be attached to the windshield some how and I don't want to damage either one. Please help!

Once you have the arms and the clips off you have to pull the plastic skirting away from the windscreen you have to give it a good pull but be careful as it can break . The skirting fits into a plastic trim at the bottom of the windscreen try pulling one side first .

As clifton 94 says a firm (very) pull. Mine was incredibly tight but once I got one end up a bit it pulled out easy.

Man, I never got it off. So, I just used, "Forever Black" on it. I wanted to use SEM black satin dye on it to make it look really nice (from the sun fading) but had no luck. I cleaned it up put the stuff on it, which it looks ok but not as good as it would have if I had been able to remove it and dye it. Oh well, next time.

I put Meguiar's new "Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer" on mine. It looks new. I'm really impressed with that stuff. I found it much easier to apply with the bonnet fully up. I never tried removing the skirting.
