Default DPF Full - this early?

Hello,

I received the car, during which it was driven from Lincoln to my home, a drive of 157 Miles.

To my reckoning, this ought to have cleared out the DPF.

I then did some slight driving, before making 3 trips to the local airport and back which is 33 miles away (so 6*33 = 198 miles)

It also completed a trip to and from the dealership in ipswich which is 20 miles each way.

I've driven in total about a 500-550 miles since getting it, so I've had around 240 miles of decent highway driving and the rest around town. I try to do journeys that get the car hot but do have to admit that my drive to work is not long enough to get it hot.

Today I had to drive partially to ipswich to regenerate the DPF, but why has it gotten full? It should have emptied itself on its journey from the dealership last week - surely it can't get full that quick? I've barely done many miles in it since getting it back, only an eighth of a tank.

Should I be worried about this occuring frequently?
