Fog Light removal

Fog Light removal
I noticed my driver's side (left) fog lamp has a broken lens. How is it removed. The manual says:
Front Fog Lamp - VIN Range: G00442->H18679 (86.40.96)
Removal
1 . Remove the front fog lamp anti-theft cover.
2 . Detach the front fog lamp.
3 . Remove the front fog lamp.
Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector.
How do you remove the anti-theft cover? I don't want to break it.

Just to answer my own post so someone else may benefit ab=nd I removed it last night.
The top has a molded in clip that can be depressed by reaching behind the panel (through the opening next to it). Depressing the clip will allow the panel to swing down and then out.
