Front grille split
This grille didn't crack on its own; check the hood's closing height. You can also reinforce the cracked ears while gluing them with a second layer of plastic, from the inside, cut from some unnecessary ABS part. The cracks will still be visible unless you weld them, smooth them out, and paint the grille—a lot of work anyway.

What you say is true, but impact from a stray bird or animal can also crack the grille, as can leaning on it while working in the engine bay. I agree that the reinforcement is helpful, but the broken parts aren't visible once the cover is fitted and the hood is closed.
I would hate to have to source a grille, they now seem to be made of unobtainium, and they were never reasonably priced.
I would also like to source the rubber buttons on the top edge of the grille, that cushion the hood. They also seem to be unavailable, and other sources don't have the particular dimensions required.

I've had decent luck with E6000 glue over super or gorilla glue. Need to keep it held in place but it's fairly strong once set.
Also various types of JB Weld may work.
