Default Front suspension work done!

Took the car into Prestige Jaguar Prestige Jaguar yesterday for the front suspension to be done.

They were doing the Banana arm bushes and the front shocker bushes.

Ian and Dougie are awesome guys, with a great setup.....Its a really warm friendly environment, the do a great job and prices are very reasonable too....all good!

I'd been having a few issues with a "steering wheel wobble" usually when braking, and had thoughts of warped discs, buckled alloys, out of round tyres etc, but decided at 63k to get the suspension re done, as it was showing signs of wear.

They had real difficulty with two bolts, one of which I tried to move with a breaker bar late last night.
I'm 6'3" and built, that sucker was going nowhere, the bar was going to break first, so they had to be drilled out and new bolts inserted to complete the job. This meant the car was left there overnight, but I got it back first thing this morning.

The wobbly steering is cured, absolute dream to drive now, so pleased and soaks up the bumps even more so now.

I can't thank Ian and Dougie enough and highly recommend them for anyone in the Central belt of Scotland for any work needing done on their Jag.
