Default front wheel bearings

Has anyone replaced just the bearings in the front hub's? If yes, could you share the part number.

Hm, it looks like the bearing is sold as a unit with the hub according to JEPC. There are 8 different part numbers depending on whether it is supercharged and also depending on the VIN number of your car.

Search for JEPC in this forum.

Just replaced mine this weekend. They come as a hub unit complete with new wiring for the ABS. Mine were about £150 each. Job took about 7 hours in total - biggest problem was that the old hubs were seized in the vertical link. Had to use fox wedges and lots of penetrant/persuasion to get them to budge. Check whether you need a large Torx driver to remove 2 of the hub retaining bolts.

Thanks gentleman. I know that it it is sold as a unit. I have replaced both of my fronts. I was just wondering if anyone had replaced just the bearings. The bearings did not get there by magic. Thanks. 7 hours Bladevane....good grief, When I replaced the hub i removed the spindle and used a press to remove the hub. It took a lot of pressure and it sounded like a gun went off when it came free. I guess it's due to all the road salt that is used here in Chi town
