Global open works EXCEPT for driver's window?

Global open works EXCEPT for driver's window?
Anyone have this happen? Everything opens as should except the driver window. Also, our Jag has no global close ability from the key FOB.
Any ideas?

If the window operates normally with the switch but does of participate in global close/open, you may want to retrain it.
Push switch down until window retracts (hold until thunk is heard) and then raise window and hold switch up (until clunk is heard).
