The driver side headrest (with DVD screen in back) has stopped raising smoothly. It moves about 1/2 inch and then clicks and stutters and doesn't move further. I can reach back and push it up and then the electric motor takes over as it should. Any idea what this might be--if I have to take it to the dealer?--if it will be covered by SE?

 

Sounds like some broken teeth in a drive gear.
