Hi all - new to the forum but not to Jags!

I have a 2004 XJ8, which I love! It's a good thing that I love it so much cause it seems to be constantly causing me problems! The latest is some form of electrical fault. When i use the indicator stalk, the lighting of all my instruments changes, sometimes when I'm driving my spotlights flash, sometimes I find that when I return to the car, it's turned he lights on!

Any ideas what's causing these problems?
