Horn and A/C not working

Hi guys
Noticed the horn on my XJ isnt working when someone crossed the road without looking as I turned into a LH side street.Checked F25 (horn fuse) in the engine bay and its OK.
Then yesterday the cooler/heater fan isnt blowing at all.
The touchscreen climate display shows it as working but the auto and recirc button keep lighting up together.
Cold air comes through the vents but only when moving (ram effect?)
Checked F7 (front cooler fan) in the luggage compartment fusebox and its OK
Any help appreciated

A/C fan started working again today but horn still not working.

I doubt these issues are connected, just coincidence.

I have had the same problem with the A/C. Turning the car off and then on again always clears it up. Dealer could never figure it out. Kind of like the problem with the audio in the car, ever once in a while nothing with sound works including nav voice guidance, phone, CD, radio, voice control, etc.
