Hi all,
After a long wait, I'm finally driving my 04 VDP in Beijing. It's been very nice.
But I notice that people are flashing their hi-beams at me at night. I suspect my driver Xenon lamp is auto-leveling too high - it's at least 6 inches high than the pass side, as measured on the SUV in front of me.
Can someone tell me how to adjust?

Being able to adjust these without going to the dealer would be great. I had the same problem with my 05 VDP last month and took it to the dealer to have them adjust it. $75.00 later it was to "spec". The detail shop guy came in to talk to me and said they had my car hooked up to a computer to adjust the lights. The service advisor told me that "spec" is when the top of the beam is at knee level at 20 feet. They must have had a primordial dwarf service tech standing at 20 feet because all I can see is 25 to 30 feet in front of me. I'm screwed when there are no street lights to help me. Sometimes I wonder if my suspension is a little high in the back causing the factory light setting to shoot so low. If anyone knows how to adjust these self adjusting lights, I would like to learn how also.
