Hi everyone! I just purchased my very own 2004 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas and would love to either add or upgrade radio system to have Bluetooth installed. I went to a local car accessory shop and was told that there were no existing kits that would accommodate aftermarket radio system. Kinda hard to believe but staying hopeful. The factory radio I currently have is the none Navigation radi w/multiple CD Changer. I guess if I only wanted a Navigation installed I could get a Jaguar XJ8 with Navigation BUT I still won't have Bluetooth. Any way I could have Bluetooth and Navigation either with a Jag XJ8 Navigation radio OR an aftermarket radi system? Thank you in advance!!

I am going to utilize the below guide to disable my CD player and turn it into an aux source and run a Bluetooth box in the glove box to hook up my dedicated music phone up too

If you search this forum it has been covered a little bit in the past, but either way you cut it, its quite an involved process to modernize the factory systems
