I love my jag, but I think that auto door locking feature when the car starts to roll is completely useless in my area.
I even heard of cases when other cars didn't manage to unlock the doors in case of an accident.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any menu entry to switch auto door locking off.
Is there a way to do it with SDD ?

 

Yes you can do it with SDD. It's under "Extras" and "Dealer Add/Remove Accessories" as I recall.

With the X-Type there is a way to disable the automatic locking without SDD, just a sequence of things to do, can't find if it's the same with the XJ.

....never mind. I saw this before. I was hoping it was a DIY, not a dealer only.

 

it depends on the level of enthusiasm if you get some benefit by getting the SDD.
I didn't regret to buy it, as it give you the deep look into your machine.
