How Remove These Spark Plugs?!

Thanks guys! i FINALLY got the last one off. holy cow it was tight. oiled it up a little and put some back bone into it and it finally slipped out. i didnt jack up the engine as i dont have a jack. i was considering getting one. so now all 8 are out and i can finally do my compression test lol. took me 3 days but got it figured out. the spark plugs are in pretty bad shape some of them so ill be replacing all of them. thanks again

The cheap Chinese coils are a good bit thinner, & bend more.
The stock ones do swell after a lot of miles & from heat cycles.
The rear ones were the worst as for swelling on mine. .
Making some very hard to remove even with lube.
Have heard of some actually breaking, the main reason i tried the Chinese coils.

Do you have a link for the ignition coils? im in the process of putting my engine back together and would like these flexible coils for my 04 XJ8 but i cant find flexible ones anywhere on ebay.

Found mine on ebay,
Just Google, coils for 2004-2007 Jaguar XJ8, and take your pick.
One set came from,aero-spark, for $87.23 delivered Nov 19th, 2017
The flexible end is a little longer, & the coils body is thinner.
Makes things easier all around
