Jaguar xj x350 Super v8 four zone climate retrofitting

Hello forum,

I started this adventure by reading a thread by xdave on jaguarforum.com, where he heavily upgraded his x350 xjr, (one of my favorite threads on the xj x350 by the way). I found it inspirational to do something challenging (for my skills and knowledge level at least) to my 2005 sv8.
Indeed it's since I bought the car in late 2015 that I always wanted to upgrade it to the four zone climate which of course I don't have at present. I did plunge into this a month ago, so I started to search on ebay all the main parts required. I already have the four zone climate center console, rear blower assembly, rear control panel. But I am a bit stuck in the process because of the following:

1- is there a specific bracket support for the rear blower assembly? If yes (and I believe so) do you know its part number? (there is one for the rear vents unit in the two zone, but seems to not fit the 4 zone one). i still did not remove the carpeting. I know there is a specific rear carpeting part number for the four zone climate
2- Is there a specific harness as well? (indeed the 4 zone rear unit has a primary electric connector, a grey one, towards the gearshift knob, that I don't know where to plug it to.=left
3- Do I need a specific new carpeting or is it possible to cut out the required holes?=left
4- How do I set closed the main front blower mouth to where there was attached the former rear climate air duct? Do I have to buy a new specific front assembly or is there some sort of cap to be placed or a flap inside that does shuts via software?=left
5- If any of you ,in this incredible forum, has ever attempted (and succeded?) in this very same upgrade process, have a list of part numbers required / some particular advice for me and some key point description? / where and at what I should pay particular attention to?=left

I tried to pm xdave without success, but I am determined to complete this challenge anyway.
Really looking forward for a reply from this community,
I will attach some pictures tomorrow just to let you all better understand.
