Default Key Fob or Security Control Module

I just got my '05 XKR out of storage from the winter. Everything works great - except the remote key fobs. I don't see any battery issues - it was hooked to a maintainer and even the window down-up works and didn't need reprogrammed.

I thought it was the battery, so I replaced with fresh 2032. Nothing. Got out the other key fob and still nothing.

Got on forum and found how to reprogram key fobs. I can get into the learning mode, but then nothing when I press the buttons on the key fob. Tried with door open and closed.

About 4-5 years ago my security control module went. A lot of weird things were happening - door handle locks were't sinked, strange beeping, etc. New SCM and all was good. That is until the other day.

Now everything seems to work fine. No weird stuff like when the SCM went last time. All totally normal with the keys, locks, lights, etc, except for the fobs. I took the SCM out (LJE2600AC) and cleaned the contacts, checked the antenna connection etc. Put it back in and still nothing.

I am having a hard time believing it is the SCM due to everything else working. Also, these are two fobs that I have always had and worked fine last year. Brand new Li battery in one. Am I missing anything somebody can think of?

Oh, and I checked all the fuses on top of the SCM too. All good there.

Thanks
