The lid on the small bin that is between the two front seats and is part of the whole center console will not open any more. One day it was working and now it does not. It still slides backwards to give access to the cup holders and slides back over them again, but the lid will not open. I've used my fingers to feel as far back and around the edges in the small gap between the lid and the bin itself, but I can not feel or see anything that would cause it to not open.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I appreciate the link, that is probably what my problem is. I'll let you know if it works or not. I did actually search for the problem on this site, but apparently not good enough.

Also - I am a member but it's been a while since I posted, and I never posted that much, and I'm having a complete block on what my user name is or my password. I'm going to try to search for my old posts and find my user name, and then try to log in that way.
