Default Loose Wire on Coil Pack Plug

One of the wires on the connector plug for the coil pack came loose. It pulled out.
I've been trying to figure out how to release the metal contactor from the plastic plug assy, but to no luck so far.
I might have to wire up a totally new connector for all four wires.
Does anybody know the part number for this connector? and a cheap source?

Thanks...

Mike
