my instument light including the clock light is not working any help?

Angry my instument light including the clock light is not working any help?
My instruments lights are not working when i put on the lights on at night, the speedometer console is working but not the little lights that is on the dash and stering wheel ect.
any help on this?
Also both the licence plate lights are not working how do i get to it to replace the lights?
thanks for any help

This is the 1997-2003 X308 section of the forum, try posting in the section appropriate for your year and model of Jaguar for a better response.
