Any updates? I too am having the exact same codes/issues. 2004 XJR.

I've been trying to fix this problem for a long time. Although I tried all the suggested solutions, I could not resolve them.
my car is 2007 Jaguar X - type AWD 2.5 gasoline and integrated with natural gas fuel system.

as far as i research the reasons for this failure:

1- relevant sensors (maf, 02 etc.)
2- Too little fuel
3- Too much air

changing fuel filter, sensor or intake manifold seals didnt solve it.

But the solution was in natural gas fuel system. When i deactivated the natural gas system, the problem solved. the natural gas system had to be recalibrated.

I changed my upstream 02's and poof no more CE.

Hi, Im struggling with similar problems on my 2004 XJ8.
If your disconnect the battery for 30 mins to clear the ECU, do you need to enter the code again for your radio to play?

Me too lol. Having same problem on my 2004 XJR. Bank 1 only.
