Default Panel removable

Need Help: How to remove the back panel of the driver seat 2007 jaguar xj8 The headrest is not moving at all (up or down) send picture if possible

It's held in by two plastic fir clips at the top. These are attached to the back cover and are pushed in holes in the metal frame of the seat. If you pull gently with two hands at the top of the cover it will pull out....but the fir clips could damage a little. Mine were from a previous repair but I managed to fix them. New ones are available.
