Quaife in the UK. Paramount Performance in the UK. Others there.

There is so much Ford in these cars (or Jag in the Fords), I wonder if the differential from a T-bird or LS might not fit. If that did work, it would be larger, and cheaper. Even on the XJR, the Diff looks to be about a 7", the T-bird Super Coupe had an 8.8, and likely quite a few were posi.

There are various threads on this site on swapping in an 8.0 LSD from the likes of a '02 Lincoln (off the top of my head). It isn't plug and play but folks have done it on the cheap that way.

I have a thread going on my Quaife install. The differential is assembled and now I just have to find time to pull the stock one out and swap in the LSD. I'll probably replace the rear control arms while I'm at it as I chase down some squeaks in the suspension.
