I never had such a problem, also because the remote fob does not have such a great range, and I find it very useful, especially when the car has been sitting in the sun, because I can already aerate the car before getting in...

Yeah, my remote opens everything with the unlock, doesn't close anything. Key in the door does both, but you have to hold it until the windows are opened or closed, no auto- with the key. My understanding from the owner's manual is that this is all correct.

That's how it works in the US. You can change it with WD'S or SDD.
