I know everyone has been through this but I am trying to program my keys. I followed the instructions I found on this forum and my two spare keys now lock and unlock the doors and trunk but will not start the car. The key turns and all the lights and radio goes on but the car doesn't turn over! The dealer tells me that for $100 they will program the keys to start the car as well as open the doors. Is this truely the case? Do I need the dealer involved or am I doing something wrong. I will spend the $100 if that is true.Thanks in advance for any help offered!

The fobs can be programmed by you, but the keys have to be programmed by a portable computer. Dealers can do this and some locksmiths. I had mine programmed by a locksmith for $50.00
