Default Put a hole in my trunk

Bad news bears this year, can't seem to catch a break. Got stuck and had someone try to push the car from the rear. Now I have a hole in the rear of my car. Does anyone have any experience with repairing/replacing this piece? How to remove? What the part is called?

Hole on right side. Please ignore the dirtyness of car

The chrome trim piece, (or "escutcheon"), is held on at the rear by about four studs with screws. I still have one from my first X350, as it was painted green, and I replaced it with a chrome item. So don't try prying it off with a pry bar !
