Rear audio/video controller does not turn on

Rear audio/video controller does not turn on
I have a problem with my audio/video controller. I have thoroughly checked the wiring, power supply, everything seems to be correct. Unfortunately, the controller cannot be turned on - no response. Definitely must be a power supply problem, question is what could I have missed?
