How do i upload a video from any device,

Upload it to YouTube and then simply link to it.

Thanks WhiteXKR, sorted, is there a way to speed up the processes, uploading a 8 minute video, and it is telling me about 2 hours.

This video downloading to you tube is slow only 39% done and it says 903 minutes left, must be quicker way and i have goo internet connection.

That goo being good i should have corrected anyway still downloading , maybe it will be done by morning.

Well back again and have given up, it still was uploading this morning, cancelled it, There must be a better way

It's the only way that I'm aware of - it doesn't have to be YouTube, any other upload site would do (can you put videos on Photobucket? - not sure), as long as it allows you to stream the video once it's there. YouTube is generally pretty simple & effective.

Upload is usually slower than download. Also, are you uploading from a laptop using your in-house WiFi router? This will be slower too. It's always better, if you can connect directly to your router via a CAT 5 cable.
