Yes #13 X 2 is what I’m after but the Jag part number listed above references a bush that does not match the dimensions of the isolator bush and actually resembles #9 in the diagram. So is the pic and packaging wrong or is there a correct part number for the WERS stamped on the part?

Yes the pictures don't match so not sure yet which one it is?

Here is a TSB about those bushings and the clunking they can cause. Jaguar has a spacer kit #XR8-51446. I did install these in my old 2005 S-Type R trying to tighten up the suspension some. I could not feel any difference either.
