Default Rear Bushes - Noisey

I will be needing to renew my rear bushes as evidence of wear by virtue of a knocking noise when travelling on bumpy or uneven road surfaces. My question is how many bushes are there to consider on the rear end.
Additionally has anyone got directions/fitting instructions for this job.

There are several bushes on the back, one of the most common to fail is the rear trailing arm front bushes.

These sit in the arm just in front of the rear wheel arch.

Fairly easy to change just a little awkward
