Default Recommendations for Rear Break Rotors

Experts,

I've recently got my 2008 Jaguar XJR diagnosed at a Jaguar Dealership to check for "Restricted Performance" and as part of their recommendations, they suggested I replace the rare rotors as their thickness is less than 3mm or something.
I've been shopping around for Brake rotors (rear) on
amazon amazon
but wasn't sure if one is better than the other. I looked at https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/jaguar,2008,xjr,4.2l+v8+supercharged,1441814,brake+&+wheel+hub,rotor,1896 and found several rear rotors that fit my model. What would be the recommended rotors (Brembo or Power Stop - expensive) or a cheaper one and do I need to change the brake pads as well while changing the rotors?

Restricted Performance fix was quoted high by the dealership (they suggested replacing CATS will be the starting point but they weren't sure) and you can follow the thread below if interested on how I was able to get through the problem.

Thanks,
Subbu

Keep your eyes open looking for deals.
Found 2 front Brembo disks for $76.83, & the rears for $85.95.
Thats $162.66 for all four Brembo disks on the 04 delivered.
The boxes were pretty beat up, but the rotors were perfect.
The 07's rotors are still in good shape.
I'm still looking for a deal on those.

Where do you generally look for deals? Is there a website that you follow and not to mention you got a terrific deal on Brembo disks. The part number I'm looking for is "Brembo 09.B312.11 Rear UV Coated Disc"

ebay has almost anything you need eventually.
partscontainer in Nashville was the source for the front rotors.
Probably the rears as well, i used them for the Arnott air shocks,
$830 delivered for fronts,no tax $855 for rears, plus tax = $913 delivered
Never an issue with them, best price found, for whatever i ordered.

If you replace the rotors, (=discs in the UK), you really should replace the pads, but you can replace pads without replacing the rotors, provided they are in good condition and not beyond the wear limit.

I've ordered the brake rotors (Brembo 09.B312.11 Rear UV Coated Disc) and (Akebono EUR1095 Euro Ultra Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Kit from
Amazon Amazon
) and once the parts arrive I will begin replacing them. Any advice on removing the brake pads and rotors as this is my first DIY project w.r.t brake pads and rotors. I read somewhere on the forums that since these are e-brakes we need to put them back clock-wise.
Also ordered the following
Permatex 24125 Ceramic Extreme Brake Parts Lubricant, 8 oz -
