Removing Rotors on My 2004 XJ8 stuck

Replacing my rear rotors on my 2004 XJ8. Ok so I moved the car into Nuetral to disengage the auto parkbrake feature. Removed the screws holding the caliper unit and brake pad cradle. Figured the rotor would come right off but she just won't come off. Is there something I'm missing here. Is there a bolt behind the rotor that should be removed. Thanks!

I looked at those. They appeared as more placement washers than true lock washers. in other words you could bend them with slight pressure. The Rotors should budge slightly but nothing. To complicate matters CoventryWest sent me the wrong rotors (almost 1/2 inch over width). So I'm sending those back and going to give my trusted Jag Mechanic some rent money to finish the job. Will say this. My 1989 XJ6 was a heck of a lot easier to work on. But then again my garage floor is a lot cleaner these days
Appreciate the wisdom never-the-less. Thanks!

Once the lock washers on the bolts were removed on my car, the rotor came right off.
Pushing the caliper piston back was a completely different story. I wound up using a clap and a locking tool for Makita grinders to spin the piston as it was being clmaped down.

Take those washers off and chuck em!!! They are only put there to hold the rotor in place on the assembly line. Break em, split em, torch em, just get them off! What's the big deal? Two people told you what to do to get them off, so just do it!
also worth mentioning, the washers once refitted > actually did nothing. They were loose and resting on the rotor so if you cant safely remove them. shear them off as poboyblues said.
they arent neccesary
