Default Removing the sun visor holder

Hi guys, so my dad bought a new 2004 Jaguar XJ8 with 34k miles, the problem is the headliner is falling off and the sunroof slider format went off as well , so we decided that we would fix it, and we managed to get the overhead console and the handle (idk what it's called but it's on the top)
out, but when we try and remove the sun visor, we're stuck at this part which we couldn't get off, is there any way to get this little piece off? Thanks in advance.

Yea, I was a bit off.

If the cloth is original you can try 3M spray adhesive. Its messy and probably will not take.

The best way is to replace the liner w/ new.

No, that is just the headliner itself.

Ouch. I sourced the material for the entire headliner, sunroof and pillars for about $60 - proper material...
