Hey all - seems like a terrific variety of these out there in various shapes and sizes, but I don't seem to be able to find any specific to our car. Even checked against Lincoln LS and others.

Anyone have a good source for these? I have a couple that are torn, the ball joints still seem good and full of grease, but would like to replace the boots before it becomes a problem.

Upper control arm ball joints for now.

None I know sold specifically for the Jaguar, you have to measure them up then go on the internet to match your measurements with what is available.

Here's a UK site which shows you what I mean: -

They airmail anywhere in the world so no problem if you can't find any in the US.

Aware I can measure, will have to check the video - guessing though I'd have to actually have the boots off to be able to take the measurement, and i doubt mine would survive being taken off then put back on.

I have seen some available at the usual outlets listed for various car models - just not for ours ... hoping someone will pipe in and say "oh yeah, got mine at autozone, just get the ones for the ________", having been down this road already.

if not however, I will take the measurements and report back. I don't drive enough for it to be urgent (thankfully).

Now, that is for an S-type, but aren't they the same upper control arms and ball joints? if so looks like maybe someone has done the measurement 15 - 30 - 23. Can anyone confirm if those are the same?
