Try using all the keys you have.
You need to have the car running for the air compressor to fill the reservoir.

do she crank? does the pats LED flash fast? if she cranks pats system ok..

start checking fuses. amperage spike occur often when batteries go dead and are reconnected or attemping to start with a dead battery.

I think the pats LED is on top of the dashboard, when ignition on,
light should stay on, reads keys.
if it is flashes rapidly, keys need to be program by dealer.

Yes it should stay solid, no other choice but take to dealer to
program keys, or to see if there is something else.
