Default Tpms for us spec

I've been looking for a clear answer for a Jaguar part number for the TPMS valve. Online dealers do not list, or say "see foot notes" that don't exist on the page. JEPC lists 2 freq's, for the same vin. (315 and 433). Iv'e decided to purchase genuine as the A/M don't talk well with our cars. Would like to order on line from a dealer as it's way cheaper, but need a number. Does the dealer need to look up the full VIN to get the correct part number?
When I look up either c2c41656 (315mhz) or c2s40710 (433mhz) it lists it for a XF.
Thanks
My spare tire TPMS is driving me crazy.
VIN SAJWA82CX6TH07812

Also, does the new TPMS for the spare have to be programed by the dealer?

315mhz for your MY in the U.S. Mark. Easiest way to confirm is to have them read at a tire shop if you don't have the tool. They will be able to confirm what's in your car. They've never charged me to do it and they only need to check one wheel as they're all the same. Typical charge around here is $10 per wheel for them to swap them out.
Sieman's VDO SE53001 or VDO SE53004 will work fine.

Some of the numbers on mine are Ford's, S7HZA
4H23 1A159 CC
ROH500122

The replacement from Jaguar# was (C2P26079) for my 2007 XJ V P. Believe they are all the same, but with my shop discount, often the parts are not much more, if any more than Auto Zone type parts stores. Plus they will deliver them for the same price, the Jaguar part delivered was $91.60. Ordered 4 replacement stems for the sensor that's stem broke for $7.55 delivered from China. No idea just how long to get them, but will have a spare sensor that worked b4 the stem broke when they do get it here
