I'm trying to replace the turn signal stalk on my 2004 xj8 part number 2w9313335ab and was wondering if the ae version is compatible for a 2004, better designed/newer part or if I need to stick to the ab part? Thanks in advance I'm learning as I go as now I'm trying to fix anything that I can on this car I just bought. I've had a 95 xj6 98 vanden plas 2001 xj8 and now this 2004. Thanks guys!

 

I replaced the turn signal switch in my 2005 with a newer version with the chrome button. Sorry, I don't know the part numbers, but it works perfectly.
