Two Different Squeaks
Hello. I have a 2006 Jaguar XJ8 that has two different kinds of "squeaks" that I would like to try to eliminate, if possible.
Squeak #1
This squeak comes from the front passenger seat when someone sits in it. When we take a turn or hit a rough patch of road, the weight and movement on the seat causes a kind of squeaking, which is a bit irritating is such a quiet and lovely car. Is this something that can be fixed? Any ideas what is causing it?
Squeak #2
This one is coming from the back of the car and is heard outside the car. It sounds like old suspension springs on an old car. If someone is in the back seat and they get out of the car, the car squeaks. If I press down on the back of the car, there's a squeak. And my wife says that when she had the windows opened and saw me coming home, she heard the back squeak when I hit the uneven part of the road and when I pulled into the driveway. Is this bushings or ...???
Any help is certainly appreciated.

I had both of those right after getting mine. I tightened the retaining bolts under the seat. Slide forward to access four in rear and back to access front. Front is a reverse torq, I think. This fixed the driver seat squeak for good.
The rear was the lower driver side lower control arm bushings. Shot. Also check the sway bar links and toe adjusters.
Get car up on ramp and have someone depress the back. Crawl under to identify source.
