Default Underpan pan screw anchor stripped

When removing the underpan to change my oil, the rear-most screws just spun. I'm assuming the anchor is pressed into the frame, and is now just spinning, as the screw is seized/corroded in the anchor. Am I on the right track, and if so how can I get the screws out? I did manage to remove all the other screws, as they have a different anchors (slide-on) and drop it enough to change the oil/filter. But at one point in time I will want to remove the pan. Also I had to remove the front pan to drop the underpan. This was a pain, as removal is out of order, puts a LOT of stress/flex on both pans. If it is a "pressed" anchor, how do I solve/repair the issue?
Sort of makes me wonder if the oil was REALLY changed last time at the dealer?
Thanks
Mark

I would pull down on the under cover enough to get a hack saw blade in and cut the bolt. Once removed, I'd push or punch it through and replace it with a plastic body push pin

Grind the broken bolt level with the insert then centre punch the ground off bolt then get a large drill bit and carefully drill the bolt and insert until the head is removed then the inner part will fall off then fit new insert into the beam . Just be careful when drilling you don't want to drill through the beam you can get the inserts from ford dealers
